Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, safety, and legal regulations:

✗ Opened, used, or tampered items

How to Initiate a Return

Get RMA Number: We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 24 hours.
Pack Securely: Include RMA, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
Ship Back: Use tracked shipping to our return center (address provided in RMA email).
Receive Refund: Processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
